I went to our HOA's website to print off the form for the trees. There's a $25 fee with it! They want to charge ME $25 for one person to look at it and say "Okay, you can plant your trees," even though there are no laws against planting trees to begin with.
Well screw that.
I'll plant my trees where I dang well please!
I would just plant the trees and if they say anything about not filling out the forms I would tell them you thought you would save 25 bucks and their time for coming out just to tell you "yes"... but thats just me. :)
